We are a Mexican Firm that provides advice to national and foreign companies, as well as individuals that cover a wide range of economic activities.

Our Founder, Dr. Bettinger participated as managing partner of Bettinger Asesores where he was the leader of a group of renowned professionals who act as partners and associates of the Firm.

GARCÍA CORNEJO
Master Herbert Bettinger García Cornejo, Managing Partner of the Firm, has a Law Degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a Master’s Degree in International Public Policies focused on International Taxes from the University of DUKE.
He is trained in International Taxes by the University of DUKE, and is certified in Taxes from ITAM, as well as in International Taxes, in the joint ITAM-DUKE program, among others.
He has extensive professional experience in both public and private sectors. He collaborated in the Federal Tax Prosecutor’s Office and in prominent tax consulting Firms, before founding his own.

Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana with a degree in Accounting and Tax Consulting.
He has more than 17 years of experience in providing legal and accounting services. He has specialized in tax advice to foreign companies, assistance in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as value supply chain transformation projects.
He has worked with national and international companies from various sectors, including consumer, oil, entertainment, media, among others.

Graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana from the Law degree, Master in Human Rights from Universidad Panamericana.
She began her professional practice in tax law in 2003. More than 17 years in tax litigation and controversy, having a specialty degree in taxes, protection, constitutional and human rights.
She has focused her practice on litigation and tax advice, alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as conclusive agreements before PRODECON.
She has provided tax and legal advice to multinational groups in various sectors such as automotive, energy, retail, among others.

Graduated from La Salle University with a degree in Administration.
He has extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing analysis, company selection processes and comparable transactions, financial valuation analysis of intangible assets and shares, financial and tax planning, among others.

Campos Legorreta
Graduated from La Salle University. He has a specialty in Intellectual and Industrial Property from the illustrious and National Bar Association of Mexico, and a specialty in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law, collaborating in recognized Firms, as well as in certain companies in the financial sector.
He has provided advice on the establishment of branches of foreign companies, among others.

Es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México con especialidad en Derecho Fiscal.
Cuenta con amplia experiencia en la elaboración y revisión de recursos administrativos, demanda de nulidad y amparo en materia fiscal federal, local y de seguridad social, consultas en materia fiscal y administrativa a nivel federal y local, entre otros.

She has a Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México and a master’s degree in Compliance Management and Data Protection from the International Graduate School of the University of Cádiz.
She has a diploma in Private Mediation with Certification from the Center for Alternative Justice Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, as well as extensive experience as a lawyer specializing in Compliance and Mediation.

She has a Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, a diploma in Financial Culture from CONDUSEF and a certificate in the prevention of operations with resources of illicit origin and financing of terrorism, granted by the National Banking and Securities Commission.
She has extensive experience as a certified PLD/FT and Financial Consultant.

Reyes
She has a degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
He has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing technical opinions on both national and international tax regulations. Monthly and/or annual compliance with federal and local taxes, processes and comprehensive agreements between tax authorities and taxpayers, among others.
